Everything was so immaculate thank you

Not my first time stay here, but i only keep coming back cause its that good, host is very kind and bonus he upgrade my accomdation. Thank you i will always book this place whenever im back in ilkeston

The apartment was spotless and had everything needed so felt like home from home. Modern and spacious. The bed was super comfy and we had a wonderful few nights sleep there. The area was peaceful and the roadside parking right on the doorstep. Will definitely be booking again when we next visit the area.

The kitchen and table/chairs for cooking and eating.

The apartment was freezing cold upon arrival and felt a bit damp. Only one of the three radiators in the apartment was working. A small blow heater was provided which helped a little but the bathroom was unpleasantly cold with no heat and one radiator plus small blower for heating all the space outside the bathroom was insufficient. The are was run down at the front and arriving in the dark I felt uncomfortable using the entrance, which is at the back of the building next to an unlit alleyway.

Generally clean but, needs more attention.Inside of oven covered in grease which i had to clean to use and throw on bed had a twig in it!

Upstairs rented out during my stay.Very odd noisy behaviour very late and night woke me every night

Another great stay and I’m sure we will be back again, great little apartment with nearby shop and short drive to Ilkeston town centre.

The front door is quite noisy to close at night and is hard to open sometimes.

Place is clean, fresh and spacious. I really did like it, but unfortunately, couldn't find it anymore for my next visits, it might have closed down or something.

All was good.
