Modern house in Birmingham

Very spacious modern house.

Bed mattresses were quite hard and the sofa beds wouldn’t be great for sleeping on comfortably.

Fabulous location for our trip to the arena which is a ten minute walk away with the canal area next to it and all the bars and restaurants The house is spacious and offers plenty of accommodation and everything you need to self cater

The beds were not the comfiest but after an exhausting day we slept reasonably well the building site outside woke us all up at bang on 8 so no alarm needed and the builders moved their vehicles so I could get the car out in the morning

The house was really nice, easy to check in, good communication from the owner. The location was perfect as it’s a short walk to the center and the Utilita arena. Paid the deposit and received it back within a couple days as stated.

The property was very clean and easy to access. The host was amazing and kept connected from initial booking till check out. I had an elderly parent with me and the sofa beds were ideal so they didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. Within walking distance to local shops with an amazing fish and chip shop just 10 mins away!

Great location relative to the centre of Birmingham with lots of space and is good value. Also very clean. If you're a larger group looking for somewhere to stay near the centre I'd recommend this place.

Nothing major really. There is parking outside the property but, it's open for anyone to park there not just residents. We all did comfortably park nearby though so this wasn't an issue just something worth mentioning. Wouldn't let this put you off staying.
