Not enough cutlery

Great location so close to centre. Very spacious,warm and comfortable. Beds very comfy and great all towels included and some toiletries. Good sized rooms and shower/bathrooms were lovely.

Couldn't check in at 2 as cleaners were still in property. no parking available Fri night when we arrived as some places were taken by metal gating for work site. This was fine sat/sun though.Hard to work out WiFi system for music/tv and the lighting around kitchen. Not enough wine glasses(only 2) and no small side plates. no scissors and a few things broken around front room noticed when we arrived (light shade in kitchen/fire coming off wall possibly bit dangerous). Also toaster was smoking so didn't use it.

Very modern and spacious property with everything we needed - great location for events at the utilita arena just an 8 min walk away

Good central location. Spacious on 3 floors with a large open space living room/ kitchen area. Perfect for 7 females getting ready for an event. Immaculately clean.

The white towels & bedding were a bit of an issue as the whole group had on fake tan. There were no flutes for drinking fizz from which was a shame but we made do with the glasses available.

Communication was fantastic, house was a lovely size and easy to find, great price for what we got.

Found used gum in a tissue box, nothing major but grim from the people before us!

Property was bigger than expected from the photos which was a great surprise. Interior was beautiful and perfect vibes for a girls weekend

A few things to improve but super minor - Only 3 wine glasses which isn’t ideal when the accommodation is for at least 6 - Sofa beds were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep on it so had to double up in another bed - No garden as advertised - Kitchen floor was dirty

Absolutely everything, we had an amazing stay here. Quiet area which was lovely and the host communicated so well with us I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Birmingham now. I will be visiting again

There is nothing I didn’t like. Was the perfect place to stay
