Modern house in Birmingham

Perfect location for the arena, modern house with everything we needed for a short stay. Very friendly host when contacted about parking

Very uncomfortable beds particularly in the attic room. The lounge furniture was also not comfortable to relax in so we used the kitchen furniture more.

Lovely property, very clean and very spacious. Had everything you could possibly need. Nice location, within walking distance to the utilita arena. We all really enjoyed our stay and thought it was great value for money.

Nothing all was great.

Spacious property, I was shocked how big and nice it was. Very clean, and great location. 3 story house, bedrooms were nice and the bathroom was lovely.

The radiator just randomly fell off the wall.

Good quiet location despite nearby building works. On arrival the key wasn’t in the locked box, I contacted the host who had forgotten to put the key back but very nicely gave us access to an adjoining property while we waited and also offered a late check out. The property was very modern and spacious and had everything we needed.

The property could have been cleaner. There were lots of sticky cup rings on the bench which we cleaned ourselves on arrival. The floors also had spots of being sticky or a slimy/greasy residue on them. We also found lots of items left by other guests next to the beds which if easily spotted by us you would expect would be easily seen when cleaning and making the beds.
