I loved it!

I really liked the restaurant located on the hotel grounds. The waiters and chefs know their job very well. I especially liked the hotel territory — it is full of greenery and very well maintained.

I was disappointed with how the reception staff handled guest requests. I asked 4 times during the day for my room to be cleaned (trash removed, bed linen changed, floors washed, and towels replaced), but the room was not cleaned for most of the day. There was also trash left in the corridor on the third floor near the room doors, creating a bad smell. Late in the evening, staff only removed the trash from the room and replaced the towels, but the room was still not properly cleaned — the bed linen was not changed and the floors were not washed. The next day I had to personally ask a staff member who was cleaning the floor, and only then was my room finally cleaned. There was also an issue with the restaurant bill at checkout. I was initially charged about 2,500 Indian rupees, although the receipts I had signed totaled about 1,500 rupees. The amount was corrected after I asked them to check, but it still left an unpleasant impression.

Property is nice and staff is so good thanks to Khushi and Satyam
