GBRoom was clean
Exterior appearance was terrible. Bed mattress was shocking. Was the cheapest mattress and could feel the springs. Parking in the area is almost non existant. Tea , coffee provided but no small milk saschets.
GBKitchen was clean and new.
Bed was broken, so on an angle. Front door seal was detached, so main door was open on arrival. Check-in process forced us to register and was a bit of a pain.

it was on the top floor and if u hv a case to carry its hard to get up no lift . room was tiny and I little warn.

There was a slight unpleasant odour within the property. Please also bear in mind that Grangetown has a large seagull population, do it was nosy.

Street appeal was off putting. Rubbish all over the front yard. The mattress needs replacing as it is very uncomfortable to sleep on.
