"Don’t waist your money on this horrendous place."

The worst property we have a stayed in in Blackpool and we travel a lot there. I have being coming here for the last 20 years and this place is absolutely awful.

It all started with the fire alarm going off so we couldn’t go to sleep and my poor daughter who meant to dance from 8am next morning was forced to stay up for an hour till property manager turned up. Then in the middle of the night the noise from the upstairs bedrooms was unreal and this property requests to report noise. So I did at 2am and of course no response. When we got up and tried to get ready for a comp ( needed to use curling iron & fan) non of the plugs was working and the heating was off. Apparently the fuse went off in the middle of the nights! It was absolutely terrible. The manager just brushed off all my complaints and said that I should have reported it to their emergency line - well I called 10 times from 7am and no answer On top of that the bedroom door had no blinds and street lights were keeping us up. Honestly you just can’t make it up. The worst place you can imagine

It was ok for a night comfy double bed it's ok for a night if you're going out

Fire door was a struggle to open TV was awkward to see from couch you could see who was in the toilet from the bed as door didn't shut properly it smelt a bit too coming out of the flat sofa bed was uncomfortable
