Clean and spacious and huge. Its perfect. And in a good location. Perfect place to stay.

It was spacious and very clean, provided toys for our little boy which is a nice touch.

Perfect location. Was close to the NEC. Nice quite area, good parking and close to shops. Very spacious and well appointed, very clean with comfortable furniture and beds.

Apartment was so clean and had everything you could want, directions were great and property was easy to find!

The accommodation itself was nice and clean, and overall the place was comfortable. However, there were a few issues during the stay that I think future guests should be aware of.

After I had already paid in full through Booking.com, the host requested an additional £100 deposit to be sent directly to her personal bank account. This felt quite sketchy and unexpected, especially as it wasn’t clearly explained beforehand or handled through the Booking.com platform. The host also complained that the heating had been set to 30 degrees, despite there being no instructions provided about temperature limits or guidance on how the heating should be used, which felt unfair. Another confusing issue was being charged an extra £4 even though I booked for five people and only four actually turned up. Since I had already selected and paid for five guests, this additional charge didn’t make sense. While the property itself was good, these issues with unexpected charges and unclear rules affected the overall experience.

Parking a little tricky. Would have been nice to have a couple of complimentary tea bags, coffee and milk sachets as we arrived late and left early
