Spacious Apartment NEC BHX

The whole property was clean and tidy, both beds were comfy and the sofa was too. the Facilities were very good and the location to a local shop was handy as well. Its a second flood apartment so a few stairs are involved but only a few that made it nice and quiet.

slightly easier parking, there was an allocated space but it was a little tricky to get into with a larger car. (small cars would be fine)

Lovely property, far enough away from the city centre, but close enough that don’t take long to get into the city centre.

Absolutely Stunning property, really Clean and really looked after. Contact with the owner was fantastic. I work away every week with work, and this is 100% the best apartment we’ve been in.

No breakfast provided - self catering

Could do with a bit more equipment e.g. there was only one saucepan, oven gloves would be helpful as would a bath mat in the bathroom and bedside tables with reading lamps would be great. Also, one of the blinds in the main room was broken (no sash pull). Just small things that would enhance an otherwise excellent property.

Apartment was lovely. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I don't usually sleep well first night in a new bed but I slept like a log. Host was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use this apartmenr again if I'm in the area.
