Spacious Apartment NEC BHX

Everything, really quiet, clean and homely. The communication with the host was outstanding and so helpful.

This is definitely the WORST experience I have ever had in an apartment/ hotel in the UK. I have paid the full fees for 1 night . They have denied me access to the property although I had a family that included my 3 children with the youngest being an infant . They told me over the phone that they have nothing to offer despite this happening within the check time they provided in the booking process The excuse was really funny : they had no staff to check me in ! How could you advert for an apartment, take customers money , insist not to return it back and not let them in ? This is really a big joke ! I had to call a friend’s family at the middle of the night to spend the night with them as I had no place to go to ! When I spoke to staff / owner over the phone , they were really rude and unprofessional. Describing as being NASTY just because I was asking for someone to let me in . And yet they charged the full fees claiming that I did not show up ! I have never written a bad review before but I think if there was a ZERO in the rating I would have definitely gone for it with this place . In summary , I don’t advise anyone to go there !

Quite modern well equipped apartment with comfy beds and good shower

The host was very friendly and accommodating.

So much space and really comfy beds. Staying with a work colleague so 2 bathrooms was great. 20 minute walk into Solihull centre. Parking space was a bonus rather than parking on the street.

Had to empty the dishwasher on arrival, dirty plates in the cupboard, breadcrumbs all over the shelf where the toaster was kept and I had to wipe down the dining table before eating.
