The property is absolutely lovely and pristine. It exceeded our expectations. All the rooms exuded a lovely energy. The furnishing, bedding and appliances were of a really high standard making our stay extremely enjoyable and comfortable.

"Really good appartment - but stay would have been enhanced by access to the heating."

Location is good, but not easy to find. I went to the wrong place, as did my colleague, so instructions on what to look for would be good. Well equipped, spacious and very clean - nice modern appliances etc. Was happy to have our client come round for a drink before and after our dinner. Good bathrooms. Hosts very helpful.

Heating was an issue. The temperature control/timer was visible but locked in a box. The heating went off quite early and the appartment became cold, with no way of putting the heating on. I took a picture and it was down to 16 degrees at 10.30 at night. I went to bed cold, as did my colleague. Either the timing should be adjusted or you should should be able to access it and adjust it yourself. Otherwise a couple of minor things - the glasses looked like they had all come from different places - not a great look and the bed linen seemed pretty low grade Neither of those things is expensive to rectify but a shame really because it just took the gloss off what is potentially a really excellent place.

Location was semi-difficult to find, but the host provided helpful instructions. Parking was very easy and convenient, as was access to the property/flat. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and seasonally decorated (including a lovely Reindeer). The facilities were excellent, with modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, alongside a great open plan living space. Overall, I would highly recommend, and shall return here next time I am back in Solihull. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"Great stay in the well located apartment"

Well appointed spacious apartment, tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. Pics online do not do this justice! Quiet location with parking where we felt very safe. Close proximity to NEC and other attractions,
