Good location, quiet and private, close to shops and eating places and train station. Communications from host clear and timely.

Spare towels or larger bath towels would be welcome. Heating instructions could be printed and posted in the flat, most useful in the winter.

Written instructions to operate oven would be handy. Mobile data signal not great inside the property so make sure you get all the wifi details before you arrive ( they are only available on the app )

N/A Location was ideal for us as we were visiting our daughter at the university and her Halls of residence was just across the road. Easy to get into town and just down from the train station. The place is just as you see in the photos. Very clean and everything there you could want. They had even left a pint of milk, some tea and coffee and there was salt and pepper and cooking oil in the cupboard, even though I had brought my own. Information prior to the visit was very thorough and I received an e mail the day before we left to remind us what to do at checkout which was really helpful.

The radiators were not working properly but they fixed the problem quickly and effortlessly. It mentions a Spa bath in the details but there wasn't one but a lovely big walk in shower instead.

Beautiful flat and easy walk from the train station and close to the city centre. The flat had everything I needed and more!

It was a bit pricy

Everything worked and the living room was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, except for a lid without a saucepan.

Inadequate storage in the bedrooms. The chests of drawers were exceptionally small and shallow.

Lack of any cloths etc for wiping surfaces or washing up sponge. Only one roll of lu paper.

Beautiful, clean little flat close to canal and short walk into town centre.
