As clean as a new show home. Well placed for the coast and city. Quiet.

Small double bed and no fan on exceptionally warm week

The property was spacious and fully equipped with a parking space, very local to the town centre. I was working at Goodwood FOS so only a 9 minute drive.

The sat nav did not bring me straight to the property, the signage was covered by trees and it was at the end of the road next to the canal so spent half an hour trying to locate it. maybe more specific directions.

Fabulous set up, perfect for our family of 4. Lot's of room, clean with good facilities.

The rooms were quite warm, only a minor thing but perhaps a couple of fans would be a good idea to help with night times especially. The location was fine as we were mostly out during the day and had easy access to local spots but there was a bit of noise at night, presumably as it is quite close to the student accommodation. This did not however impact on our enjoyment of the stay.

Everything was excellent. The only comment is the front door is hard to open. You need two hands but I doubt that is something the host can do anything about. It would be tough to open if carrying bags or if you have arthritis or an impairment.

Could do with a slightly later checkout time with out extra fee.
