The double beds were wide and comfortable. Air conditioning in the ground floor apartment worked well.

The third-floor apartment stayed hot at night (27-28°C) despite A/C, and the shower was clogged. No lift. Location not very convenient - 20 min walk to the seaside, half along a busy road, with a steep uphill return. Both apartments lacked basics like tea towel, dishwasher tablets, and had mismatched kitchenware. Sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable. Not enough bed linen for all guests. Towels worn, floors not very clean, patio table lamps mostly not working. WiFi weak. Host unpleasant about checkout — first said late checkout impossible, then offered it for €100.

Estaba un poco sucio y no estaba adaptado para familia. Además muy malo el Internet. La ducha dañada sin toallas suficientes. Muy mal aquípado para viajeros!

It was in a good spot, beautiful apartment!

The service was poor, we couldnt Contact the stuff for problems about the room or information about cavtat.

The location was close to the port although a steep long hill to get there but buses ran every 30 minutes

The air conditioner didn't work. It originally tripped out every 10 minutes and was not cold . I told the owner and he came and showed me how to reset from the power board. It still tripped out every 10 minutes. I sent a message at 3am and said I can't sleep it's far too hot and I can't keep resetting every 10 minutes. The second day he got someone to re-gass the air conditioner. It was then colder but still tripped out every 20 minutes now. Again no sleep. I sent a message again to say it's still tripping out. The response was I can't do anything about the electricity. I feel I paid for an air conditioned unit and I didn't get that. If I had known I would have chosen a different place to stay. The bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds put together which kept sliding apart. Originally I was only given 1 towel and 1 pillow. More pillows were in the cupboard without covers and stained. I asked for more pillow cases and more towels, which he gave me. The sheet on the bed were stained and the pillow case was torn.The walls were thin and I could hear everything in the apartment next door, there were a whole pile of young noisy men next door. The noise didn't particularly worry me as they were quiet by 10pm. Only sheer curtains on the windows so when people left early their car lightd lit up the bedroom. The only kitchen utensil to cook with was one frying pan nothing else, no pots. I travel to different parts of Europe every year and it was one of the most uncomfortable places I have ever stayed in. The place needs some general maintenance, new bed linen and more kitchen utensils. Plus fix the air conditioner or don't advertise the place with air conditioning. Very disappointed ☹️

Missing bed sheets for sofa bed. Towels were old and no basic soap provided.

Close to the airport. The apartment is super cozy and actually had more space than we thought. There’s a spot for your car in the closed driveway. Kitchen’s got good pans and a nice stove :) There’s a washing machine and a dishwasher, but no capsules or detergent. Communication with the host was great — we messaged him in the evening about missing bedding for one person, and he brought it over.
