Relax Comfy Cozy Apartment

L’appartement est fonctionnel, très propre et les propriétaires a l’écoute et réactifs. L’appartement était rafraîchi à notre arrivée et nous avons pu nous stationner soit à l’intérieur soit juste à côté de la cour.

Petits serrages des robinets à prévoir (surtout si vous voulez que les lieux restent aussi propres) Peut être glisser un couverture fine pour la pièce du bas, personnellement j’ai eu froid la première nuit (pour les enfants la climatisation est restée allumée à 24)

Great interior with modern design, including the possibility to see inside the bathroom from the rooftop bed place.

There are buses to Dubrovnik from the nearby bus stop and the airport is fairly close (about 5 km), so the location has its pros but it is also a bit outside Cavtat with some steep hills so obviously not the best location in the local village.

The owner was very nice. The beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator, great for storing my breastmilk. The location was not that far from downtown, but it is not walkable.

The apartment was small. We have a baby, so it was difficult to go up and down the stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was really small. The upstairs bedroom was a loft, so there was no privacy there.It was difficult to find the property, and the parking was very small. The whole community is under construction.

NIET AAN TE RADEN, let op!

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf – opgelet! De woning was erg beperkt ingericht: slechts één grote pot en pan, geen huiselijk gevoel. Badkamer had een glazen wand zonder privacy. Geen wasmachine of kuismateriaal of andere keukengerief. Na ons verblijf kregen we een foto doorgestuurd van een zwaar bevuild matras (alsof er drank of iets anders op was uitgegoten) en werd ons €400 aangerekend. Heel toevallig was er geen foto van de lakens bij. We waren er enkel om te slapen en hebben dit zeker niet veroorzaakt. Ze bleven ons beschuldigen zonder sluitend bewijs. Erg onprofessioneel en onterecht – geen aanrader.

Their cleanliness was good and rooms were spacious.

The didn’t provide any toiletries and the dishwasher had some old uncleaned dishes which created bad smells.
