It was in a convenient location for my trip, I was visiting the 02 academy. It’s next to the rugby stadium if you’re visiting there.

There was a funky smell coming from the other rooms and no loo roll. I had to go out and buy my own.

It should be double bed room not single bcz we were couple

Poor service, staff didn't know that I was coming. Room wasn't prepared on my arrival. Damaged facilities.

The room that we were booked in was big enough ,clean ,neatly arranged with matching colors ,the bed and pillows comfortable, TV well positioned . The staff was extremely helpful,extra mile, private bathroom neat ,warm water . Next time we have a trip around there ,it's definitely our new home.

The location only needs some sort of labeling on the entrance to quickly identify the place,we checked in late and we struggled to find the right entrance ,we were geting worried aince it was at night ,we even knocked at neighbours 😀. We had to call ,and staff member came out to receive us . At that point we had a bad impression and we began anticipating worse ,but when we got inside ,it was "wow" That was our only bad experience.
