"Good value going by today's prices. Still a bit of a work-in-progress feel to the place though."

Location excellent - close enough to town centre to walk. Host Moses was very friendly and helpful.

There had recently been a leak which meant the main sitting room wasn't usable - presumably a one-off so shouldn't affect future visitors. Also, would have benefited from a few basic additions, eg a mirror in the bathroom.

The property clearly isn't finished yet but it could be v nice. It lacked furniture - mirrors, desk, TV, reading light next to bed etc.

That we could walk to the o2 academy from there.

It smelt terrible. Empty. Nothing like the pictures. Shit hole worst place I’ve ever slept.
