The hotel refused me checkin after they found out that the reservation was done online through Booking.com, which relegated the reservation to OYO rooms. Extremely bad experience with a hotel in Bangalore. They wanted more money because apparently the rate at which reservation was made was not to their liking and they wanted Rs 500 more per day than what I had already paid.

Nothing

Suddenly staff demanded 600 extra and with paying extra money no admission they said and after cancelling the request id from oyo call center he told me to pay now 1600 directly and will give the room. I paid the same to avoid eating of time

Nothing to like

Charged 600 rs more than booked price,gave non Airconditioner room although I booked air conditioned room , very rude behaviour,I never experienced so bad in my whole life of touring.
