The room smelled liked pee. I let the one who was in charge know right on the first day but they wouldn’t change our room. They did change the bed sheets after I complain but the smell was still so bad. I rented for 5 nights but I left after 3 nights even we had to pay for a new hotel. They refused to refund 2 nights for us. Warning for you: it’s such a busy place and elevators are nightmare. It’s always crowded. Be prepared to wait for a long time to check in and check out or just simply going up and down the elevators.

The view is beautiful and it is a great location. The room was clean and modern.

This is a private apartment not a room with the hotel, you cannot use hotel concierge help or services. You can use the gym and lower swimming pool but you cannot organise breakfast or leave baggage. We tried three times to try to organise breakfast with the hotel but they kept saying no we need to ask our host then we ask host and he says ask hotel. The owner does not answer messages once you have paid on the first night you check in. Our TV didn’t work and only one PowerPoint but the owner did not reply to request for assistance. We arrived late with our 3 children after a long flight delay and we had a knock at the door after midnight to collect our payment. No one had mentioned that this would happen beforehand so we would be prepared. It is very cheap so if cost is your most important consideration you may be happy with it. If we had a stay longer than 2 nights we would have left and found alternative accomodation.

no access to top roof pool (have to pay extra) Ended up 3 in 2 beds (wrong information sent by booking) Very un nice staff. Rooms were available but they refused to give us an extra bed even with extra pay

location was good - close to shops, beach, cafes & good

The check in so busy and difficult to get an answer in English, air conditioning poor in room, long waits for elevator.

1- No safe box in the room 2- No telephone in the room to contact reception so you should go to first floor to contact reception or ask about anything while I was in 32th floor 3- If you want to park in hotel parking you should pay money even if you are resident 4- No tissues in the room 5- There was no balcony while it was written (it’s just 20 CM window and they call it balcony)

The location is close to the ocean.

Room has bad smell like sewerage smell. Fridge is not cold enough. Ants in the room. There are no clear signs / instructions / policies and staffs out the front are not respectful.
