Only the view and the location are the best. Anything else, I'll recommend finding better hotels around offering great services with great reviews and feedback.

The staff were rude and helpless from Handy and also from Panorama. I had water leaking from the roof in the bathroom when I messaged the agent to send someone to check it, no one came. The housekeeping ladies were more helpful than the poor agent. Just saw him multiple times wandering around and got nothing to do, instead of following up on customer's issues. I asked for a receipt when I paid cash, they don't have that service giving receipts for the guests to confirm payment. The balcony tiles cracked and can't step on them. The bar fridge size in the room can't store anything in it except the free water bottles. No safe in the room to keep any valuables. Elevators there should have the patience to wait 15 mins to 30 mins to get one. Such a great plan to play cards or chess while you're waiting for it. You'll receive a message that you're a great customer and offered a 10% discount on your next stay, please don't fall for that I stayed there back in August 2023 and was great when I went to claim that and showed the old booking they said no discounts um, unfortunately, fake promises for a business to remain. Rooms aren't isolated I could hear all the guests next door clear enough to join their conversations till 4 am, so no privacy. My friend was staying in the same building with a different company (moonlight) and had no issues at all and a full-size fridge in his room with full kitchen utilities. Well done and congratulations to Handy Panorama you've just lost a customer, keep it up.

Great location close to the beach and great pool and Gym nice and clean and modern room

When we arrived to check in they gave us the wrong room. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment with spa bath but they gave us a 1 room apartment with only one bed, even though we booked for 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 13) through booking. We were unable to get a refund and when we were offered a different room with two beds in they charged us an additional 600,000 dong even though it was their mistake! One of the girls at the front counter was extremely rude and didn’t really want to help at all. The manager on the front counter was nice. When we checked out they tried to charge us 100,000 dong for having a dirty towel which was outrageous, not sure why they would expect to get towels back clean? We were not allowed to leave and were late catching a mini bus but I refused to pay for the towel and eventually we were ok to leave, all very stressful which is a shame as the hotel and location as I said earlier were great.
