Again the elevator issues and the inconsistency of room quality within same price range.

Only complaint is the wait on elevator.

Everything was as expected, i was able to access gym, swimmingpool and breakfast. Placement of the hotels is close to the beach and bar

Its a great property! But managed poorly, its very crowded, it takes up to 20-30min to get by the lift where you wanna go during rush hour! Its just like madness! But the rooms are awesome, this view and price worth the money!

Business of the hotel, skylounge could be managed better and have little upgrades to it as its a wonderfully designed just mismanaged and needs little touchups!

The room is clean and a nice size the hotel is Modern the location is central

They falsely advertise that they have an infinity pool in the booking but when you actually get here you have to pay and additional 180000vnd per person per time of use which is ridiculous and should be made obvious when booking as we would have booked another hotel. They also close the other pool at 5pm which is so early in comparison to the other 11 hotels we have been to. When you bring up any issues with staff they dismiss you and act like you aren’t talking to them. Horrible customer service here and the hotel really isn’t as nice as they make out

The check in procedure was atrocious, asked for 400,000dong for 2 room keys (which they gave back at check out) wanted to to photos of front and back of credit card, took picture of bank statement showing money was taken out of bank. Large groups of people just waiting in disbelief not under standing what or why they had to take photos of things,or who could not remember pass word to show bank statements
