"予約サイトと温泉が最悪　次は別のサイトとホテルにします。"

ブッキングドットコムの案内（地図）では、別の場所が示されていたが、窓口でスタッフにお伺いしたところ、事情を説明いただき、スムーズにチェックインができた。 運営するスタッフさんはとても、良い印象でした。

ホテル名にも「天然温泉」とあるので、温泉が売りだと思い、予約しました。 楽しみ入った「天然温泉」は全くの期待外れでした。 HPでは「炭酸泉」と記載があるのに、「炭酸」が全く感じられない。。 HPの「サウナ」の写真では、「ひしゃく」と「おけ」があり、「ロウリュ」をイメージさせていますが、実際は、大人一人が入れるだけのスペース（肩などが当たることを覚悟するなら、２名）しかない、温度は90度以下、砂時計は壊れていて、使えない。お風呂で温めたからだが冷えてしまいました。 ブッキングドットコムの対応も最悪でしたので、ブッキングドットコムからこのホテルは、２度と予約しません。

wifiに接続してもインターネットにつながらない ユニットバスが狭い 大浴場のアメニティが少なく、隣の客水しぶきがかかる 宿泊証明書を依頼していたはずなのにスタッフ間で引き継ぎがされておらず、呼び鈴への応答も遅い
