"A lovely hotel with excellent facilities"

Very clean, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities especially the Hot spring, extra amenities provided and the 2 massage chairs which was well received after many days of walking and needed a full body massage. Also loved that they gave fresh towels, PJs and more freebies such as toothbrush, razor, hair brush etc. Overall a perfect place to stay only 5mins walk from the station.

That they only gave 1 set of towels and PJs when we checked in showing them there’s 4 pp but only 2 towels etc were provided. They soon fixed the issue after we told them.

お部屋のトイレ掃除してなかった！便座すごく汚い！ こんな体験したの初めて！ 4人で予約したのに、まくらとパジャマ2セットしか置いてなかった！フロントに取りに行ったら、まくらの予備がないため、提供できないって？ そのあと、また他の部屋からまくらの用意ができるって？本当に意味分からない…
