"The worst stay for me ever."

front desk attitude specialy “ kyle “ He shouted in every customer. Ivtild him that I have a confirmed booking and I did make aphone call to inform frint desk That I will check in late. Expensive stay, realy fealthy bathrooms. The worst stay for me ever.

"Don{t book through Booking in Marriott Mayo Clinic Rochester"

Location and msot of the staff

I booked trough Booking fir my daughter´s stay and upon arrival they told me there was no reservation for her. So I nade a reservation directly in the hotel and later on I was charged an extra night.

"Superb"

Breakfast not available.

Makeup mirror and better lighting would be nice. Also, would like a light layer option for bedding. Comforter was too warm but sheet wasn't enough by itself.

Access to the Mayo Clinic was great, but everything closes early. Staff at the restaurant were great and made us feel very welcome. Valet and room service attendants were always positive. They made the visit bearable.

The room smelled, Ac didn’t work the room kept getting hotter and hotter. The pool was never open which was very disappointing. Not sure if I’ll be booking to for my next Mayo Clinic visit. Housekeeper made me remove my own towels and place them in the bins for her instead of taking them from me because she was busy having a personal conversation instead of doing her job.

"Amazing and convenient experience…."

Outstanding customer service and accommodations for customers with specific medical needs….Wheelchairs and portable O2 at no cost. This took suck a load off us. Rooms were spacious and clean….

I felt like the room was cozy for me and my family of 4. I loved coming back to a clean room and how close we were to all our basketball games.

There was a front desk clerk that was absolutely abysmal. When we got in after a long drive he was telling us information that was inaccurate about driving and where to park. I checked in early and he claimed he couldn’t find our room then proceeded to tell us the type of room we paid for wasn’t available and to get over it cause there are a lot of people there. Another employee walked over and found us in 3 mins and gave us the room we checked in for. If I only worked with him we would have demanded our money back and would never stay at this hotel again. The bellhop Andrew was so incredibly kind and considerate. Housekeeping was wonderful and attentive. The front desk clerk never gave me his name but if he had I would expose how antiblack and disrespectful he was. Not one time did he treat me or our family like a customer and acted like I was bothering him every time. When I demanded to work with the Luke I talked to on the phone that was wonderful or requested the Anna that I was told to request—he told me he was a manager too and that they were not going to talk to me. So, I would really address him if you want better ratings from families that are like mine. It ruined our whole stay.
