The free shuttle runs between the hotel and Odori Go-Chome Showa Building in Sapporo. The shuttle is called the "Yuke-Muri-Go" shuttle bus. To use the free shuttle, please reserve at time of booking. It departs from the front of Odori Go-Chome Showa Building at 14:30 daily, and departs from the hotel at 10:00 daily. A deposit may be required at the property.

The staff were all lovely and very accomodating. I loved chatting with Narita at the lounge, which was a nice place to sit and hard to leave. The room was large and comfortable. The kaiseki dinner was delicious and absolutely worth it. Great value if you’re looking for a ryokan and onsen experience close to Sapporo for a short trip

The hotel is very private, highly recommend the 2bedroom suite, very spacious with excellent view, private bath and sauna. Food is good. Service is top notched. English level of the staff is limited but still can communicate if you are patient enough

"Omotenashi おもてなし Flushed in Toilet"

The facility was generally clean.

Omotenashi おもてなし completely disappeared at this facility. At check-in, they said dinner time was available either too early (5:30pm) or too late (9:00pm) only. They should have asked this when I made reservation in advance. After having early dinner without choice, I went to a lounge at 8:00pm, at opening time, and the aged person in charge harshly demanded I could only use the lounge for one hour flat. Lounge hours as I was informed were from 8:00pm to 11:00pm, and it provided both complementary and paid drinks. I sat at the counter and ordered a paid Japanese cocktail. Although I clearly knew it was a paid drink, the aged person in charge demanded that I should look at the menu list, again and again and again, and his manner and behaviour and words were extremely rude and unkind. I left the lounge immediately only after one paid drink. Next day, the check out experience was again far from the anticipated omotenashi. The expression on the front staff was without smiles, and he exuded his unwelcome feelings toward my stay at this facility. I would never revisit the facility again. (FYI, I am an American who made a visit to the facility for the first time.)

The in room onsen was really really nice . The lounge bar complimentary was nice too . The dinner was also delicious .
