Nice vibes, amazing food, worth the dinner upgrade. I would love to pay just for the dinner. Spacious room and nice amenities, including a bar with free drinks. Your own private onsen is nice, but the water was dirty with sediment visible at the bottom. there is a temperature control in the toilet in one of the shelves

Location was awkward, nearest public bus stop is an annoying walk with suitcases Had to book shuttle bus to and from Sapporo ourselves 1 month in advance - unbelievable at ¥100,000 a night

The rooms are big and as per the advertised photos. The interiors are also very homey and comfortable. The staff there are very friendly. They also provide Bluetooth speaker in the room. Their private onsen and sauna are also very comfortable and clean. For their dinner, the Hokkaido beef is very very very good and we could also make additional orders for uni, shrimp, snow crab etc.

Not many other facilities available and there is nothing much to do in the town. Personally, I am not a fan of their breakfast and though their Hokkaido beef at kaiseki dinner is a star, their other dishes can be improved…I also wish they could have supper or allow us to have a later time for dinner (got super hungry at night but luckily we bought cup noodles from Lawson). Also, I hope their check in process can be more seamless. We were placed at a different hotel before we were brought to the hotel we booked (coz they are all sister hotels). When I arrived, the receptionist was not very fluent in handling our arrival and he was very very slow (like watching a x 0.025 replay).

The hot spring seems like normal hot water and it's quite disappointing. It could be a wrong choice if you are travelling with your family to this hotel. I think it's more suiting couples to stay in this hotel because they have private pool inside the room.
