The free shuttle runs between the hotel and Odori Go-Chome Showa Building in Sapporo. The shuttle is called the "Yuke-Muri-Go" shuttle bus. To use the free shuttle, please reserve at time of booking. It departs from the front of Odori Go-Chome Showa Building at 14:30 daily, and departs from the hotel at 10:00 daily. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location was outstanding - quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. They checked us in in our room with a welcome tea and sweets which I thought was a nice touch rather than at Reception. Food was exceptional as was the service - we had the Kaiseki dinner. Outdoor private onsen was wonderful. Room was very open and comfortable.

아침식사 저녁식사 모두 담백하고 짜지않고 푸짐하고 맛있었습니다. 하프보드라 호텔안에서 모두 해결이 가능해 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

직원분들중 불친절분들이 몇몇 있었습니다. 특히나 라운지에서 일하시는 바텐더분은 라운지 규율을 엄청 중요시 생각하시는 것 같아 눈치가 보였어요

"Poor experience at the bar. Nice private open-air bath"

- Private open-air bath was clean and convenient. Not applicable to rooms without open-air bath. - Breakfast and dinner quality was generally good - Quiet and private - If you are local or know Japanese language, your stays would be easier

- Uncomfortable experience at the lounge bar. You have to finish up your current glass to the bottom to order even paid drinks, weather you like it or not. There are several moments that made me feel the entire atmosphere was very restricted. - We were left in the room with the paper to be filled in without knowing the next step for check in. Manager came back and did intro in some min but it would have been better to be informed earlier. - Don't expect the brand new, luxurious facilities or fancy public baths. It is clean and simple though.
