The free shuttle runs between the hotel and Odori Go-Chome Showa Building in Sapporo. The shuttle is called the "Yuke-Muri-Go" shuttle bus. To use the free shuttle, please reserve at time of booking. It departs from the front of Odori Go-Chome Showa Building at 14:30 daily, and departs from the hotel at 10:00 daily. A deposit may be required at the property.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and quiet, amenities were complete and high quality. The private onsen and sauna was so good. Very relaxing, I wish I could stay longer...

The location is a bit out of the way but they have a shuttle bus (which I didn't get a chance to use during my stay. Need to book in advance).

This place is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed. I found this place completely by chance. Absolutely phenomenal staff, great amenities, amazing rooms, wonderful facilities! I can not say enough amazing things about this place. Even though my Japanese is extremely limited they had staff who could speak English or used a translator to make communicating easy.
