Lecco Lake Apartments Villa Liberty

The BIGGEST asset to this property, is Roberto the owner. Amazing friendly guy and very accommodative. He messaged us a couple of times just to check if we needed anything, and even allowed us a very late checkout. The modern, newly renovated building is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, 3 minutes' walk to the lake front. The apartment we stayed in, was on the 1st floor. Super clean, all the necessary kitchen utensils (we are vegetarian so we made our own meals very often) and a large bathroom. Very easy 15 minute walk to the centre, and free street parking if you can find it (we got lucky every day). The bathroom has a shower cabin with decent shower pressure, too. Tons of storage/closet space. We appreciated the water in the fridge when we arrived :) Overall, a solid 8.8-9/10

There are 2 large windows in the apartment, and both face a building, so we were forced to keep the shutters closed, often. This means not a lot of natural light in the apartment, unfortunately. The mattress was too soft and springy for us, which gave us a backache :( The shower cabin was a little small for me, though my wife did not have any complaints.

Drobne rzeczy, jak np. brakowało mi widoku na jezioro.

Obiekt znajduje się blisko jeziora i centrum miasta, ale jednocześnie przy cichej i spokojnej ulicy . Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny . Choć się spóżniliśmy właściciel czekał na nas z kluczami o godzinie 23:00 . Następnego dnia rano udzielił nam cennych porad. Apartament na piętrze z widokiem na góry był czysty i przestronny. W apartamencie jest zmywarka, pralka i klimatyzacja, ciąg kuchenny i wszystko co potrzebne.

Der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Die Lage zur Stadt war sehr gut, sodass man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum war. Parkplätze waren meistens vorhanden.

Die Wohnung war ziemlich dunkel

l'appartement est d'une propreté remarquable la literie est bonne l'appartement est entièrement climatisé et bien insonorisé 5 minutes à pied du lac Roberto est trés sympa et à l'écoute

le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine 15 minutes à pied de la gare centrale avec une valise

Bardzo ładny apartament, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo czysto. Wygodne łóżko. Sympatyczny i miły właściciel, zawsze chętny do pomocy. Bardzo blisko do promenady.

Communicative, friendly and helpful host who even offered to meet us at the train station - we wanted to walk to get our bearings in this little town etc. but we appreciated the offer. Great communication by whatsapp. Spacious, comfortable apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Close to the lake. Good train connections to Bergamo - (gorgeous town and old town definitely worth a day trip) - and the 'buses replacing trains' during the engineering works on the line was very easy and smooth to negotiate - and to Varenna were very helpful - from Varenna you can buy a day pass to explore the middle of the lake by ferry including Bellagio for Eu 15. We really enjoyed this stay. We were here in October and although there are still a lot of tourists around, nowhere was super crowded and the weather was still brilliant with tee-shirts fine during the middle of the day.
