"ski in ski out only to one small ski site. food is good but not included. rooms with no beds."

the buffet dinner and breakfast was good but with extra payment. there are lockers and near by rental ski and ski pass machines in the hotel.

the room has no beds or chairs. the shower is extremely small. the hotel is connected only to one small ski site. the rest are with shuttle and also the train isn't directly connected to the hotel it takes 25 minutes with a shuttle.

溫泉當然是最好的地方

清潔部分，垃圾需要自己清理，晚餐感覺起來還可以更好，海鮮部份太少了！

飯店周圍很多雪場，距離雪場很近很方便，有交通車可達，更棒的是走出飯店就能滑雪。飯店內就能泡湯。

無法預訂早餐和自助晚餐。既然是住客連早餐都無法預訂不太能理解。

旁邊就有雪場

Check in時很多資訊都沒有告知（像是置物櫃的鑰匙要到櫃檯領取） 房間也不是每天清理（要到櫃檯預約清理房間？！）而且我們還遇到預約清理房間了，回房後還是沒清的狀態⋯⋯ Check out 後要寄行李需使用付費置物櫃，以一個晚上一萬多元的飯店而言，這樣的服務品質與房間設備的狀態通通不合格⋯⋯
