房間內的暖氣設施對於去滑雪的人超級方便~可以乾燥手套衣物等等...公共澡堂泡湯區也超級棒有各種衛浴用品十分齊全！還有戶外溫泉區很享受！接駁車也非常方便！尤其想去岩原滑雪場的人可以直接搭到岩原纜車下附近~想去越後湯澤車站也十分方便！飯店內還有會中文的服務人員可以溝通真是覺得安心許多！

房間內的浴室只有沐浴乳...沒有洗髮精之類的衛浴用品！要是有不方便去大澡堂的人會有點困擾~

Could not fault this place. Family of 6, first time skiiers, Ski rental next door (no need to book), and the hotel provides a large ski locker for each room on the ground floor ... so literally ski straight out the hotel door to either Nakazato Snow Wood or the bigger Yuzawa Nakazato resort. Yuzawa has a better ski learning area and ski school (escalator on beginner slope) which is well worth paying for if you are learning to ski or snowboard ... its no more than a 200m walk from hotel. Breakfast/dinner buffet was amazing and well worth the money. Hotel has a public onsen (free) and a good heated/indoor pool/gym which costs about 600yen per day ... pool/gym were quiet (which was great) due to the small entry fee. Overall this hotel is run like a swiss watch ... staff amazing given the large number of guests ! The only slight negative for some guests is that you should know this is a very "japanese" hotel and the majority of guests are Japanese. Personally no issue, everyone very polite ... but if you're expecting 8 different styles of eggs on the buffet you will be dissappointed .. it's very much a Japanese menu ...

Loved the ski field directly outside, the onsens and the affordable and tasty onsite restaurant. Onsite ski shop is efficient, well priced and has everything you need.

The Japanese style is rooms are definitely difficult for westerners - there are no chairs or anything to lounge or sit on. The futons are very thin but sleepable. Not too walkable to anywhere else.

Proximity to nakazato ski resort and onsen

Rooms are tiny and smelly . There is no where you can have a drink and something to eat. Everything has to be pre booked / organised for meals which is annoying when you are on holidays. We often had to eat in our rooms which was difficult when the kitchenette didn’t even have crockery or cooking utensils.

Standard rooms are small and futons uncomfortable. And hotel is desperately in need of a renovation! The hotel does not service rooms at all. If you don't order meal plans it's difficult to eat. We did request a room upgrade so that was an improvement but kitchens have zero equipment not even a bowl or spoon...
