Hot shower wasn’t hot; the sidings hit Mildew every morning. No one exhaust fan, spiders @ little creature insects, no advance advise to tenants on spraying chemicals, there was not centralized ac/ heater: security guards were unhelpful on parking for my visitors; there was no invoice issued for payment of 2 extra days, supplies like toilet paper towels were insufficient, no trash bin where garbage can be collected, noisy security guards & were played on their cell phones instead of attending to their jobs; poor customer service, I am. PWD and there were no grab bars on toilets for handicaps; some condo owners are mean and lacks the common courtesies, like that you, please, after you or may I help you, are you okay? Etc..: I paid almost P100K but there was no receipt in Paper but internet confirmation and invoice; no regard for seniors, early water noise filling disturbance , parking was horrible

it’s comfortable and really nice. they provide everything you needed during your stay.
