Brenthill Premium Condo Baguio City with Generator

Like the location. Near coffee shop, mall and bus terminal. Place is quiet, you can relax after working.

Due to slow internet, I cannot work properly. Difficult to download/send some work files.

First, the host was polite and she replies fast. Property is in a very good location plus parking is free! You can walk going to city center - burnham park and all if it’s not raining. Overall, we had a good stay. Sucks that it rained the first day but we enjoyed our second day.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Just few room for improvements. - tv is a bit slow. (Relatives were all seniors so they weren’t techy and tv is really slow. Keeps loading after 5 mins) - thank you for the free parking! Although their parking is at the basement and it was very steep. Our car kinda slip going up as the floor is wet and it was steep.

The condo unit was very clean and accessible to the main city. The room was spacious enough for three people and the area was very quiet; perfect for people who would love to relax and enjoy the cool weather in Baguio.

Everything was amazing the location was so nice the road was quiet and safe well lit and peaceful no sharp hills or even light hills so great for elderly. Staff at hotel was also amazing five stars to all of them. Felt like a proper holiday home. Hosts were also amazing and kept me updated on checking in and out. Thanks so much!

Good ambiance and comfortable place.

The water coming from the shower head is weak, and water heater’s high temperature is not enough to heat it up.

The place is secure and clean. The guards and staff are courteous and helpful. The unit has complete amenities.

Misleading information on free parking. The guests have to park along the street at their own risk. We were given option for paid parking at the basement. The rate depends on the owner of the parking slot. It ranges from PhP300 to PhP500 per night.

Great location, able to walk most places that we wanted to. The room was clean, and a good size space.

The showers were awful, no pressure at all. The 'view' was non existent. Was difficult to get into the room due to the security guard having no record of our stay, we had to call through to the hotel number in order to get approved to go in.
