Location is good and convenient walkable distance to some attractions in the city

Bathrooms could be cleaned and maintained better so guest won’t encounter cockroaches and stains in the shower curtains and combined with musty smell. Host could have arranged proper, safe and convenient parking for their guest since this information was given way before the actual day of arrival. Inform guest to bring their own towels or blankets rather than providing old and worn out ones. Check rooms condition before the arrival of guest, one of the bed frames had to be replaced because it was broken. Big chunks of Ceiling paint is peeling off and could drop on their guest any given time. Hope the host will be pro active and not defensive given the reviews for them to improve their service and guest will be enticed to return again.

The location was good.

No AC - first time staying in a unit without AC. No stove or rice cooker. We were asked to pay extra 350 for my 4 year old PWD son even though we did not request for additional bed (We were 2 adults and 2 kids - I paid for 3 adults already). It would be great if slippers and toiletries are provided, given the rate was a bit pricey.

The location is very convenient it’s near the Pink sister’s convent and walkable to some of the places of interest. Host Anjela find ways and means to assist with whatever hiccups that we have encountered but this could have been avoided if all the necessary arrangements have been done.

Host mentioned that two parkings will be available upon arrival unfortunately it took a while before this can be settled and one of our cars have to parked somewhere else outside the property. This made us a bit stressed considering that we just arrived after a long drive. Upon settling in our rooms one of the bed was broken and host have to replace the whole bed frame. Rooms paint are peeling off and a bit disturbing because it might drop on the guest anytime while laying on the bed. Shower curtains are stained and toilet smelled musty. The lower ground bathroom was infested with cockroaches. Some of the beds and pillows provided are not comfortable. Towels and blankets are worn out.

The unit is too small for 3 adults. The water pressure in bathroom is very low and forces one to use a bucket for bathing.

Good value for money. The unit was clean and equipped with our basic needs. The bed was really comfortable- from the mattress, pillows, sheets, to the blanket. Perfect for the chilly weather. Secure and easily accessible dedicated parking for an addtl fee. Heating was just right. Hangers and tree rack are provided

Location is near enough that you can see sky ranch and sm baguio from the parking area but walking to the center still takes about 30 minutes accdg to google maps. There wasn’t much of a view from the window. It would be better to add a screen for when you want leave it open

Near the center, quiet and cozy

They do not have appropriate induction pots or casserole for cooking. We were forced to cook soup in the super small frying pan they provided.

Breakfast was not part of the package. Location was good.

Check in at the unit could have been smoother.

Not good for the price

The bed sheet it dirty with hair and internet is very slow, no parking its your own risk if you park outside.
