Not really true free parking. Inclusions felt like a cheap motel. Low quality bar soap and toiletries. No proper duvet.

Checking in was a bit confusing at first because no one gave us clear instructions that we need an endorsement letter. And just to suggest, they should have at least 2 guards/staff to accommodate those who are checking in. Just a simple suggestion 😊

Location is good.

From the start of our stay, we were not pleased with everything. The owner failed to inform the guard about the guest's arrival. We arrived at the location an hour prior to the check-in time, but the owner didn't notify us that there is still a guest in the unit. The owner is unresponsive and has not responded to queries. You'll be waiting outside the building for the unit to become available. First time to experience this in Baguio and will not coming back to stay there again.

We had to ring up for an endorsement whatever that was, from the phone number given with the confirmation. This was never mentioned at the time of booking. Perhaps because this place is not a hotel, no reception or workers just a security guard waiting for us, but individual rooms rented out by different ownerships ??
