It was good value for money. Staff was helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended.

The location was very convenient the staff were very friendly. Our room was always kept clean by the staff. One of the staff members (Jovan) was a great help to us and provided us with what we needed.

Difficult to get taxis to the door due to the narrow driveway. The electrical equipment in the kitchen can do with an upgrade as they were old and not effective. The sliding doors to the rooms were not easy to close due to the tracks being broken.

I like that the staffs went above and beyond for us

I did not like that there was a construction next door and it was so noisy, but this is out of their control.

Location, clean, swimming pool, staff and big space.

- Toilet sliding doors - Complimentary tea bags and coffee would have been nice

The management was very nice and communicative. It was easy to handle housekeeping, check-in and check-out procedures. Rooms were nice and there was a functional kitchen and washing machine as well.

The air-conditioning was rather weak so it might be warm during the day.

We loved the amount of room we had it was fantastic we also asked for a chef to cook for 6 adults and 3 kids it was mind blowing and worked so well with the outdoor bar and BBQ No request was too much for the staff!! The rooms were all separate which was awesome, great for families and kids or groups. The villa has 5 separate bedrooms surrounding the pool area with a massive sun lounge bonus was a washing machine to freshen everything as well I can't really fault it! Short walk to everything 13mins walk to bintang supermarket so a quick scooter anywhere!

The air conditioning needs a look at but it was definitely comfortable there are a few mosquitoes around but we had coils supplied and we were not bitten once

The pool and facilities and support from staff were amazing

Their was work going on over looking the pool that was very noisy at times

Employees there service are good. I can't contact my driver and Mr.Gede helps me to contact my driver and make sure I arrive the villa. Everything went well for the 4 nights and even tell me some tips when I say I nit feeling well. Perfect hospitality Beds and location are good as well.

How easy going and friendly the staff were. Very good communication via Whatsapp. Staff were very understanding and reasonable about noise, mess etc. Villa looks exactly like the pictures, same size, facilities, lighting etc. Daily housekeeping (we were a messy bunch and they did great every time) Great location, Circle K just down the road for food and amenities & everything is a walking distance/ if not Go Jek is an easy option and very accessible

The toilet in the master bedroom didn’t flush properly Would’ve loved to be provided with bug spray as we all got eaten every night while sleeping😂but all good we ended up buying our own
