Where it was location wise, the staff and the pool

Plenty of space and nice garden. Large pool with small wading pool and seating. Umbrellas, insect repellent, mozzie coils available. Good beds with mosquito nets. Friendly housekeeping staff.

Definitely not luxury. No breakfast included. Building and facilities need updating, a deep clean and quality repairs (broken pavers, rough concrete patches in pool, only one pool umbrella which was broken and tattered, mouldy and faded outdoor soft furnishings). Expected some nature, geckos etc but not plantation squirrels enter through gaps under eaves and run around inside bedrooms.

Great facilities, large kitchen/common room. We booked 4 of the 5 rooms and had the place to ourselves. Good location close to restaurants.

We had the best time at villa Antan. The staff was amazing, they were always available for us. Offered everyday cleaning service and drinking water delivery. They even helped us renting scooters and took care when one of us was sick. The villa was clean, quiet, comfy and so spacious. We also loved the location, just a few minutes drive to the beach, clubs, restaurants etc. So looking forward to be coming back once.

Welcoming, professional and clear delivery. Everthign was so clean. Jovan the Manager is a real assest young but full of pride and enthusiastic to please. Loved being able to set times for having the Villas and main villa cleaned and/or made up - Allowing for maximin privacy. Only a short call away or whats app msg. Layout Perfect, location Perfect, Grounds beautiful - Villas beautiful, beds amazing. Plenty of seating, drying horses for towels the list is endless....

Air cons could use servicing not 100% efficent, more tea towels, outdoor pool shower water head needs atttention, blender in kitchen does not work properly. This is really nit picking though.

From the moment we walked in the feeling was one of relaxation. Spacious with huge rooms and plenty of sun beds, lounges and chairs to relax on. The beds were huge and firm so we found them very comfortable. The kitchen was adequate as we only used the kettle and toaster. Big fridge and chilled filtered water supplied. It was a short walk up the lane way across the road and down a small lane and we were at shops, restaurants and bars. Great coffee place on the way to get coffee in the morning. The staff were lovely. They came in and cleaned everyday with no fuss. Jovani organised a chef to come in and cook for us one night (Millay) and she was amazing. Seafood and Nasi Goreng as I requested for 5 people and it was perfect. Cooked outside in the huge BBQ area and we sat outside having a beautiful relaxing dinner. Bintang supermarket 15 minute walk but plenty of mini marts in the area. The best thing about this villa is the space and location.

I loved everything but there is no denying the villa is a bit worn. The bathroom outdoor showers show signs of age and are a bit hit and miss and the aircon cools but does not chill. These are only observations as we all loved our stay here.

Property was big.

Place needed grass cutting, floors needed mopping in the kitchen area,and mantance needs doing in some of the areas on the property.

Spacious villa with large pool area in a great location. Staff (Jovan and Tika) were very helpful. Separate BBQ area was a bonus and the smart TV in each room was a nice touch. Good value for money.

A new, ugly, building (see photo) has been erected that overlooks the pool area. Thie Contruction was being completed while we were there and it may be a nuisance when occupied? Pool chairs and interior fittings and furnishings are tired and could do with a refresh. limited basics in the kitchen (no scissors, oil or spices).
