Good size for 6 of us and good location, nice staff

The layout of the property was great for an extended family and the huge swimming pool the highlight of the property. We arranged a prepared breakfast on our first morning which was very enjoyable with nice fresh ingredients and plenty to eat and the service from the team onsite - Dika and Gusti was second to none and they both went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and keep the property clean. Thanks guys. The property was centrally located and within easy walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) to the beach, Bintang supermarket and shops.

The property is starting to show its age in some areas and could do with an update to the furniture and decor and there is evidence of water damage and some mould in the bathrooms. Sliding doors did not slide or close easily which reduced the effectiveness of the air con and let the mozzies in. The main bedroom villa had some electrical problems with half the lights and ceiling fan not working for most of our stay.

Really great pool and bedrooms, the communal kitchen was very spacious and was a lovely space to sit and chat The outside kitchen and bar area was great

It was a little bit tired in places needs a bit of a refresh

Fantastic location, no breakfast for us since the location close to any restaurants around seminyak

The air-conditioning could be better, need extra air conditioning since the place is huge

It’s because raining season the bathroom get all wet and insects like millipedes craw everywhere on wet surface.

Location Pool Nice Staff Great Weather Mosquito Coils & Spray provided (absolutely needed - mosquitoes are rife)

Photos advertised on here are of a beautiful villa that once existed, not the reality of its current state of disrepair. . Black mould. Musty damp overpowering mouldy smell in some rooms.Obvious water damage through out property. This can't be fixed without some major Renovation. Smelly Sewerage water coming up through shower drain, flooding 2 bathrooms after only One afternoon rain. Master toilet not flushing properly. Outdoor furniture also moulding & in need of refreshing. No umbrellas around pool as per pictures (none available either)...this was not a huge deal but inconvenient & not indicative of the advertising photos. My photos are current & the reality & there are Many more than the 4 I'm allowed to submit.
