The villa was close to everything & the facility itself was enormous! The pool & entertaining area was perfect for a big group. Gusty was a legend who helped us with everything from finding scooters to organising massages. The staff were incredible! I can’t wait to stay here again.

Staff beyond exceptional,so accommodating and helpful ,obliging.Facilities beyond our expectations.Beautifully kept,maintained and serviced.Close to Central Seminyak and very secure.

Outdoor bathrooms.....Im mozzie sensitive! But sprays and all coils provided and replenished daily

There is nothing not to like! 5 separate villas around a fabulous pool, entertaining area.Spacious clean and every protection provided by staff from mozzies! ...Ideal for a large group,we only utilised 3x villas, but had usage of entire space ..massive outdoor bar/BBQ area ,rain shower beside pool,day bed big enough for entire party .Indoor massive kitchen dining TV area .Staff 100% attentive Secure premises with 24 hr staff .Short walk to every amenity..

Only one villa that had totally enclosed bathroom facilities,others open to their outdoor rain showers.Plus only discovered a few days in that the water "machine "also did bouling water...for tea.We had boiled many a pot on the stove!!

Great location with a big, spacious, comfortable villa. Rooms are big with their own bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped if you are wanting to cook. The pool is a good size and the outdoor area is good to sunbathe. I would highly recommend for a big family or group.

The place is a bit run down, showing it's age and could do with an upgrade however, it didn't affect our stay, we loved the peace and quiet.

Location was great. Could walk to shops, restaurants etc. Staff were very friendly and Gusto helped us with anything we needed.
