Luxury Villa AnTan Central Seminyak

Very nice aesthetics , Very big 5 bedrooms for our group of 8 , big living room , kitchen & nice pool. The staff Gusti always clean the villa everyday , change our towels everyday. He respond right away when you text him

The location was in a good spot, wasn’t far from anywhere in Seminyak or Legian, the security/staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be staying there again!!

The villa was absolutely fantastic—spacious, clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and hanging out as a group. The staff were outstanding and always available to help with anything we needed. A special mention to Gusti, who went above and beyond every single day—organising transport, helping with meals, giving us local recommendations, and making sure we were comfortable at all times. His service truly made the stay unforgettable.

There honestly wasn’t anything major we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Luxury Villa AnTan Central Seminyak. The villa was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all separate, which gave everyone privacy, and the common areas (kitchen, living and dining spaces, plus the pool and garden) were generous and comfortable. The pool and outdoor areas were especially lovely for relaxing together, and having a full kitchen and outdoor BBQ area made it easy when we wanted to cook or hang out as a group. A special mention goes to Gusti, our host. From the moment we arrived he was warm, attentive and eager to help, nothing was too much trouble. Whenever we needed something or had a question, he responded quickly and made sure we were well taken care of. The location was also great. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and amenities that everything we needed was an easy ride or short walk away. All up, I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone travelling in a group or family, especially if you want a relaxed, comfortable stay and great hospitality.

Everything was perfect for our stay. I don't believe there was much the staff could have done to make this any better for us.

This was a self catering unit no breakfast was provided

This was a five bedroom villa. Each of the rooms was pretty 'tired' and in need of simple repairs, but what needed to be repaired spoilt the look of the rooms. The floors needed a good scrub, and towels were grey and hard, it was only on our last day I got a close to white towel. Every day my room, not the other villas was without water and until I bought this to the attention of staff, it went unfixed. On our third last day, there was no water to any unit, so no toilets for five guests!! There were people attempting to fix it and it appears a band aid was applied and late in the evening water was turned back on. The next day again there was no water to any villa. we were told that maybe someone would be there about 3 or 5 in the afternoon. I had to make quite a fuss to speak with the manager who was not on sight and told him how unacceptable it was that five guests could not shower or use a toilet. It took the complete day to fix. the onsite staff were very apologetic and embarrassed. Would I stay in this particular villa again. No But I will say the location was great.

Grand jardin, grande piscine, espacement des chambres bien organisees. Ideal pour un grand groupe

A besoin d une renovation en profondeur. Jardin tres mal entretenu donc beaucoup de moustiques. L eau coule mal, les douches sont a changer. Systeme audio dans le sejour qui date de l antiquité, impossible de mettre de la musique, aucune connexion bluetooth ou reseau wifi. Tres mauvais proprietaire pour laisser s abimer une si belle maison
