Stunning views of oriental bay.

Rubbish left in kitchen bins by prior occupants. Garage very messy and had to get through rubbish to be able to access and use the washing machine & dryer. Spa pool on deck had green smelly stagnant water. Very hard to also park car in driveway.

Location was great and parking was good too. Beds were clean and comfy.

There were no facecloths, hand towels or tea towels. The property was not that clean and it definitely needs some tender loving care.

Great views- exceptional. Pretty good location. The manager of the property, Mark, was very helpful.

Rustic & old furniture etc. The garage needs attention & all the windows, blinds etc. nNeeds renovations.

Very friendly, helpful manager for any issues we had. Great views over Wellington. Big house for a group of 7 with two outside areas upstairs/ downstairs. Bedrooms spread out over the house for privacy. Big lounge/kitchen. Parking available in front of garage. We had a big van, but found space on the road.

The house was filthy I actually wiped down the kitchen cupboards myself. Shower to the master bedroom was blocked we found a plunger and unblocked it. My daughter found mould on the curtains and when she showed the host he said its not mould. The spa tub outside is filthy and not working as well. There was smoke butts in pot plants outside. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived and vacuumed it as well. There are Nails sticking out on the deck . A long way to haul food for BBQ from the kitchen down the stairs out to the deck, I suggest to move BBQ up to the kitchen level and put it on that deck far more practical there. Enough said about that place will not be going back, ever.

The location is conveniently close to the city centre The views were amazing.

The views from every room in this property are absolutely stunning. I could happily sit forever on the top balcony, admiring the view, and enjoying the fresh air. The size and layout of the house make it perfect for a family, as long as any children are able to safely navigate a narrow staircase. The master bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Our host was incredibly responsive and friendly, and was always just a text message away if anything was needed. With some fresh furniture and carpet, and touch-ups to some of the rooms, this house would be absolutely perfect.

There is a fair amount of old and broken furniture in the house, which make the living areas and downstairs bedrooms less comfortable, and smell quite musty. Some TLC is definitely needed.

View was great. House is large. Outdoor barbecue is nice

The house needs some upkeep. There are some repairs the property managers/owners could do to make it much nicer. One of our party members, for instance stepped on a nail on the deck.

Amazing views!! The lock box code was not provided through booking.com, so we had to call the property, however, they were extremely responsive and quick to reply!

Cleanliness of the property could’ve been better, but wasn't too bad!
