Roseneath Sea-view Haven Wellington

Location, view from house was lovely overlooking harbour.

Windows were poorly sealed and door latches were broken so rattled all night, wasn’t very clean, broken furniture and worn down seating. Limited parking, had to park in front of garage over footpath as street parking was taken by local residents.

5 min walk to the bus station; got a great view of the ocean, very spacious and the management team was very helpful. Very good value for the money.

Just one thing the property has too much old furniture that keep the smell is old place.. need to remove unnecessary furniture and put some new furniture pieces

We loved the view and spacious, cosy home! The view of the bay was spectacular and lit up so beautifully at night. Each room was warm, the kitchen was clean, and the space overall felt comfortable and airy. Easy to get to and easy to access. Hosts were kind and communicative. Overall 10/10 experience for our overnight stay!!

Only minor suggestion is the master bathroom shower needs a deep clean, especially between the tiles.
