"Great little unit, great location"

The location was important for me, it was perfect

I would’ve liked a small induction hob to be able to cook a little. I found the security a little too rigid, I have a studio unit of my own which I’m fitting out, to get anything through the gate was a bit of a performance, this is no reflection on the unit, just of the development. Even trying to bring a guest in briefly involves notifying the security guards!

The location was exactly as expected. I have been there before.

There was an excessive amount of yelling and screaming and playing with the elevator from small children on the floor.

Great location

AC was poor even at 18C , the room was always hot and sticky. Had the fan on full through the night and when we were there.

This place is very clean, near the beach, there are many café shops and restaurants nearby. I like how approachable the host is, plus the Wi-Fi speed is perfect, so I don't have problems with my work. Highly recommend this unit. I'll definitely go back here when I return to Duma.

"Legit Mountain view!"

I did like how accommodating the owner of the unit, Sir Rommel is very hospitable and I even extended for 6hours and he did not even think about it to approved it and also I rented a car and he also find me a parking space in the property. :) Really cool owner. Definitely will recommend this unit and rebooked in the future. Thanks Sir Rommel :)

The only think we didn't like is the water pressure on the showers. But its all good since they have pale and tabo as well :)

"Exceptional"

Small comfortable studios condo. Great views of both the mountains and the ocean. It's well stocked with everything you need for a short stay. The facility has a nice pool and common area. Several restaurants are just a short walk, and the boardwalk is just a short distance away. Overall I had a wonderful stay.
