Clean place to stay

Near the location I was visiting. Gated, covered parking.

I was not notified in a timely manner on how to get the keys to the property. Very frustrating and un-necessary stress. The kurig coffee maker didn't work. The noise from Loop 610 exceeded 100 dB at times, but the next door (209) alarm clock going off for an hour every morning at 0530 was extremely disruptive.

It was very nice all around. The private parking was a plus. The gym was great. There is also a theatre in the building as well for guests use, we didn’t get to use it but it was a nice touch.

The only downside was the elevator was broken so we had to take a lot of our things up & down through 3 flights of stairs. Which wasn’t on the host at all. Moreso on the people running the luxury apartments.

Everything was clean and easy to get into. Waging Machine and dryer was definitely a plus.

Everything was good other than the elevator not working.

The apartment is nice and the kitchen is well stocked with pans and other cooking things.

It's on the freeway so is quite noisy. The elevator is broken and has been for sometime. The owner knew this and failed to tell us. There is another elevator but because of how the building is designed, it is over a block away. My wife was recovering from surgery, so this was more than a mere inconvenience.

This place is designed very nicely and the apartment had some good amenities. The location is also nice.

This place, specifically the bathroom was not very clean. The shower and by the sink had so many stains. Communication was not the best at the beginning of the stay and I felt like the check in messaging was quiet confusing.

It was a gated property
