SGTiming of key collection was earlier (some property only allowed to collect after 2pm). It is very flexible and convenience for customer especially who stay and from far area.
Heat water does not heat enough, not able to have conformable and enjoying the bathtub. Difficult to find empty carpark lot especially during weekend.

The cleanliness of the room can be better. There were food crumbs and used cotton buds on the sofa bed when I unfold it. The management staff was prompt when I feedback the cleanliness state to them and cleaned up the sofa bed.

Issue with bathroom wash basin and bath. It was fixed immediately by maintenance staff. The safe was not working. No change of linen and cleaning facilities!

The sliding door was not locked, and can’t be locked. However the host was noted and will repair.
