Both wifi and cooking was not available in room 21115. Also TV was not not working

SGThe accommodation is adjoining Sunway pyramid mall and is at the heart of amenities. The room is large and has 4 single beds and space enough for a family of 4.
The cleanliness can be better. My two main concerns are cigarette butts at balcony and dirty shower curtain. Perhaps a bit of air freshener to freshen up the musky smell of the room will improve the experience.
