Location was great.

Fridge didn't get cold . Toilet once flushed, he stayed making noises The bathroom sink was stopped up. The bed was listed as queen size but was a full and hard as heck.

Water didn’t get hot, confusion on ordering food. Broken ice and drink machines. Found previous customers jewelry on the floor. Which mean somebody didn’t vacuum.

The downstairs area was very nice and appealing

Upstairs smelled, downstairs smelled new and fresh and had aromas. Upstairs had horrible pungent smells.

Floor was filthy. Don’t want to walk barefoot in the room. Information provided by front desk was minimal and inaccurate e.g. they told us the ice machine on our floor (8th floor) was broken, but it was not broken.
