My flight was delayed so I arrived at 1am and no one was at the front desk, I waited for close to a hour for a lady to show up, and told me she was warming her food for 40 minutes

"I will never stay here again there’s no good customer service very expensive for the rooms that you get the rooms need t"

Nothing at all

For starters when I first got there your front desk personnel State on her phone for 15 minutes before even helping me and then while helping me she was still on her phone. She put me in a room not once but twice that had no hot water in it so I had to make three trips downstairs to get a correct room
