No microwave in the room had to walk all the way downstairs for a microwave

Nothing, the room was filthy and the sheets and towels have a bunch of stains over it. I had to put a blanket over pillows to avoid my face touching them. The sink fill with water when I was washing my hands and brushing my teeth. Some where in the shower is leaking has well, it was water all over the floor when I got done showering. And more……

Staff was rude. I paid for breakfast but did not get any as kitchen was closed. I have not yet received my deposit till today. Amount of almost £300 lost. Was told i will get it back in 10 business days. Its 3months now and I have not received anything. Not sure if its their way of scamming customers. Will never stay there again.

Rude staff and loss of finance.

Good parking, clean bathroom.

The floor carpet in the room was nasty, it needs a new carpet.
