Fantastiskt boende nära till allt. Rummet var rent och väl städat. Allt man behöver finns precis i närheten. Värden är trevligt och gav många bra tips. Jag kommer åka tillbaka.

Har egentligen inget dåligt att säga om detta boende. Hade varit trevligt med en möbel på balkongen men det är en liten balkong så inte så konstigt egentligen!

A seemingly perfect room in an artistic, renaissance spirit, in the elite and quiet neighborhood of Ruggero Settimo, turns into a nightmare from the worst horror movies. I would kindly and humanely advise all tourists to pay special attention when booking their accommodation, because the whole of Palermo has a problem with sewage and waste water drainage (they only use a separator), as well as problems with leaking air conditioners in the room and deliberately reducing the power of the air conditioner in order to consume less (to the extent that, at 16 degrees, it cannot cool a room of 16 m2; not to mention that it is kept under lock and key).Upon arrival, on the same evening, our toilet and shower cubicle clogged, water flooded the entire bathroom and living room. The stench began to spread unbearably. We were left without the possibility of turning on the water, using the bathroom and thus performing basic human needs. To make matters worse, we had the misfortune of being in an apartment that the neighbors say is owned by a doctor, for whom this is not his primary job, so we had no one to turn to for help and no one to talk to. Amit, who was in charge of us as a host, ran away with his head regardless, blocked our phone numbers and lied to us for three days that the master would come. To each of our questions about how to solve the problem, he would reply by writing to booking, but there was no answer there. We were forced to change accommodation at our expense, while they did not refund us for the 7 nights we did not even spend there. Avoid this accommodation in the broad harbor, because it will get you into trouble. Highly recommend the warm and fantastic Marco, the owner who helps and is there for his clients, because as he says "They are my bread" two floors below the Opera Bed & Breakfast.

Room was very nice, good shower. It is right in the city centre and in a nice area. Easy walking distance to everything I was slightly concerned about collecting the key, but there were no problems and our host was very helpful.

The accommodation is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and famous streets. The apartment itself is spacious and generally well equipped, which made our stay comfortable.

Cleanliness was a big issue. The bed sheet had visible mold, the duvet wasn’t covered and was full of hair from previous guests. Although we got a clean sheet after complaining, there was no apology. The shower cabin also had mold. Not what we expected.
